abstract The present invention relates to an acid nitride phosphor, a preparation method thereof, and a light emitting device, and more specifically, provides an acid nitride phosphor comprising a crystal represented by the following chemical formula, a preparation method thereof, and a light emitting device containing the acid nitride phosphor. According to the prevent invention, the acid nitride phosphor has excellent luminous efficiency, thermal stability and the like by comprising a crystal represented by a chemical formula of the following composition. [Chemical formula] (Aa-bBb)SicOdNe : xEu2+, zX- (In the above chemical formula, A and B are different atoms from each other, and A is a +2-valent metal except Mg; B comprises at least Mg; X is a halogen atom; 0.8 = a = 1.0, 0 < b = 0.2, 1.5 = c = 2.5, 0 < d = 3.0 and 1.0 = e = 3.0; and 0 < x = 0.2 and 0 = z = 0.25).
