abstract | A system for producing high quality diesel comprises an extraction apparatus (1), a raffinate water washing column (2-1), a backwash column (5), an extract water washing column (2-2), a recovery column (6), an extract fractioning column (4) and a hydrogenation system (3), wherein the top of the extraction apparatus(1) is connected to the raffinate water washing column (2-1) via a pipeline, diesel is recovered from the top of the raffinate water washing column (2-1), the bottom of the extraction apparatus (1) is connected to the backwash column (5) by a pipeline, the top of the backwash column (5) is connected to the extract water washing column (2-2) via a pipeline, the bottom of the backwash column (5) is connected to the recovery column (6) via a pipeline, the top of the extract water washing column (2-2) is connected to the middle portion of the extract fraction column (4) via a pipeline, the top of the recovery column (6) is connected to the backwash column (5) and the extraction apparatus (1) respectively via pipelines, the bottom of the extract fractioning column (4) is connected to the hydrogenation system (3) via a pipeline, mixed aromatics are directly recovered from the bottom of the hydrogenation system (3), the top of the extract fractioning column (4) is connected to the recovery column (6), the lower portion of the extraction apparatus (1) and the lower portion of the backwash column (5) via pipelines respectively, and the bottom of the recovery column (6) is connected to the upper portion of the extraction apparatus (1) via a pipeline. A method for producing high quality diesel using this system is also provided. |
