abstract An aim of the present invention is to provide a colored capsule composition for cosmetics, which is brittle due to an application of a polymer and a plasticizer for swelling the polymer, and which has a boosting effect by providing particles with porosity, and to a method for manufacturing same. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a first mixed solution by homogeneously mixing a pigment, a plasticizer and a polymer with a first solvent; forming a core particle by enclosing the pigment with the polymer by spray drying the first mixed solution; forming a second mixed solution by homogeneously mixing the formed core particle and a functional pigment with a second solvent; and forming a capsule particle having a coating layer of the functional pigment formed on the exterior of the polymer by spray drying the second mixed solution.
