Disclosed is a dielectric ceramic composition which contains a barium titanate composite oxide as the main component and additionally contains a first auxiliary component comprising at least Al and a second auxiliary component comprising at least one element selected from Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn, wherein the content of Al is 0.02 to 6 parts by mole relative to 100 parts by mole of the main component and the ratio of the content of the second auxiliary component to the content of Al is 0.01 to 0.4 by mole. A dielectric layer (1a-1g) is formed from a sintered product of the dielectric ceramic composition. If necessary, various auxiliary components such as rare earth elements may be added to the composition. The composition ensures high reliability and good DC bias properties. Also disclosed is a laminated ceramic capacitor produced using the dielectric ceramic composition. |
