abstract |
Provided are an item arrangement determination device, item arrangement determination method, and item arrangement determination program capable of optimizing an arrangement of a plurality of items including at least amino acids over an entire graph, and as a result, of simultaneously and accurately visually identifying mutual relationships and overall trends among items on the basis of an amino acid concentration database or characteristics of amino acids. The item arrangement determination device determines the arrangement of names of a plurality of items in a graph when outputting measurement results related to measured values of the plurality of items including at least amino acids in the graph. Specifically, the item arrangement determination device calculates a pre-defined relatedness degree among items on the basis of data acquired beforehand required for calculation of the relatedness degree, and by way of analyzing the calculated plurality of relatedness degrees using a predetermined technique applicable to determination of the arrangement, calculates the arrangement of the names of the plurality of items in the graph. |
