abstract |
The invention relates to chimera proteins comprising: (i) at least one sequence of a VIsE protein of a borrelia species selected from B. garinii , B. n burgdorferi n sensu stricto and B. afzelii , and (ii) at least one sequence comprising sequences of the IR6 domain of B. n burgdorferi n sensu stricto , B. afzelii and B. garinii. The invention also relates to a method and a kit for the in vitro diagnosis of lyme borreliosis using said proteins. |
