The invention relates to a method for producing tooth parts from dental metal powder, wherein available CAD/CAM milling machines can be used. The essential method steps comprise: a) providing a slip of dental metal powder, b) pouring the slip into a mold, c) withdrawal (drying) suspension fluid (water) until a mechanically stable blank is yielded, d) milling the blank into the desired three-dimensional shape, e) oxygen-free sintering of the tooth parts milled out of the blank. Since the blank is still present as the green body, milling does not place any high demands on the milling machine with respect to mechanical strength and dust formation. The working speed and the service life of common milling machines are thus significantly increased. |
