The invention relates to a method for measuring physical characteristics of biological samples by means of active or passive measuring methods. In active methods, measurement signals are fed into the sample by means of a suitable sensor arrangement, and the measurement signals modulated by the sample are measured. In passive methods, only the signals output by the sample are detected and fed to a signal processing unit. The invention further relates to a device for performing the method, comprising the sensor arrangement, means for feeding and capturing the measurement signals, and a suitable signal unit. The method is performed in particular using a prober system known from semiconductor technology, which system allows a plurality of samples to be measured quickly and at low-cost under constant measuring conditions. |
