The invention concerns nutraceutical compositions based on probiotic microorganisms in an oily vehicle, characterized in that they contain an ascorbyl palmitate salt, a sorbitan ester and silica. Such compositions are advantageous since they allow a high vitality of the microorganisms to be maintained both during storage and after administering and they can be prepared with a process that is simple and cost-effective from the industrial point of view. |
