Disclosed is a device for quickly and surely removing generated water from a fuel cell, while preventing leakage of the generated water.nSpecifically, when a diaphragm (13) is driven, the diaphragm (13) atomizes or vaporizes generated water (WL), which is generated by a fuel cell (11) that is an electrical device, and discharges generated water (WF, WG) outside a gap (14) through holes (15).nSince the holes (15) of the diaphragm (13) are composed of fine pores, the generated water (WL) is able to be stored within the gap (14) when the diaphragm (13) is not driven. |
