The invention relates to a powdery or granulated composition comprising at least by 30% by weight of a mixture of the components (a), (b) and (c) with (a) a copolymer composed of polymerized units of C 1 - to C 4 -alkyl esters of acrylic or methacrylic acid and of alkyl(meth)acrylate monomers with a tertiary amino group in the alkyl radical and (b) 0.5 to 10% by weight based on (a) of a dicarboxylic acid having 3 to 10 carbon atoms and (c) 5 to 20% by weight based on (a) of a fatty monocarboxylic acid having 8 to 18 carbon atoms. |
