abstract A roll forming method for wheel spoke includes the steps of: (1) preparing a round blank (R); (2) putting the round blank (R) in a cavity (41) of a roll profiling die (4), rolling the round blank (R) in synchronization and dislocation manner in the cavity (41) of the roll profiling die (4) by at least two rolling wheels (51) disposed symmetrically along the circumference of the roll profiling die (4); (3) cutting edge and sizing; (4) drawing the blank and forming the wheel spoke. The parts having geometric sections changed step by step can be formed accurately by the method proposed in present invention, wherein the product quality in axial direction and circumferential direction is uniform, the precision of dynamic balancing is high, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is decreased.
