The present invention relates to a method for preparing a variety of commercial-scale histidyl-prolinamide derivatives in an economical and effective manner using a polymer solid phase support. The method of the present invention prepares a variety of high purity histidyl-prolinamide derivatives under mild conditions using a polymer solid phase support and amino acid derivatives containing a variety of protection groups through simple preparation and refining processes. |
