A vibration-damping film which comprises a resin composition, satisfies all of the following requirements (I) to (III), and has a thickness of 20 to 200µm, said resin composition being a composition prepared by dispersing both titanium dioxide (Y) and mica flakes (Z) in a polyester resin (X) composed of dicarboxylic acid constituent units and diol constituent units. Thus, a light-weight vibration-damping film which can be easily produced and which exhibits excellent vibration-damping effect and has a multiplicity of uses is provided. (I) The contents of the polyester resin (X), titanium dioxide (Y) and mica flakes (Z) in the resin composition are 35-60% by mass, 5-15% by mass, and 30-55% by mass, respectively. (II) The mean particle diameter of the mica flakes (Z) in the resin composition is 5 to 80µm. (III) The resin composition exhibits an elongation at break of 30 to 70% as determined according to JIS K7127. |
