abstract The invention relates to a method for reducing the installation time of a supply line (19) on a first mounting structure (11) in an aircraft. The method comprises the following steps: pre-wiring a luggage storage unit (13) outside of the aircraft (S2); installing a supply line unit (15) in the aircraft at a standardized installation position (S4) predefined by the first mounting structure (11). The installation time of the supply line (19) can be reduced by such a standardization of the installation steps in the course of a final assembly of cabin fixtures.
