abstract The present invention relates to an amorphous adefovir dipivoxil solid dispersion with improved stability, and to a method for preparing same, and more particularly, to an adefovir dipivoxil solid dispersion containing adefovir dipivoxil and a hydrophilic polymer, and to a method for preparing same. The crystalline or amorphous adefovir dipivoxil solid dispersion containing amorphous adefovir dipivoxil and a hydrophilic polymer as active ingredients according to the present invention is thermodynamically stable at high temperature and high humidity conditions, and has excellent solubility. In addition, a preparation containing the amorphous adefovir dipivoxil solid dispersion has a high dissolution rate, and therefore can be useful in preventing or treating chronic hepatitis B.
