abstract |
The present invention relates to a dental implant fixture. The dental implant fixture of the present invention comprises: a main body to be inserted into a drill hole that is bored in an alveolar bone within the oval cavity; a male screw formed in a spiral shape on the outer surface of the main body; and at least one screw fill-up through hole that is pierced in the male screw in the thickness direction of the male screw along the spiral direction thereof and filled with bone-forming materials required for osteogenesis of the alveolar bone. According to the present invention, bone-forming materials such as bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) filled in the fixture can promote bone formation around the fixture during the bone fusion period and further increase bone density of the alveolar bone, so that the fastening force of the fixture against the alveolar bone can be markedly improved, compared with that of conventional fixtures. |
