titleOfInvention Waterproof box
abstract A waterproof box having enhanced waterproof performance. The waterproof box can be handled more easily and requires a reduced mounting space. When high-pressure cleaning is performed, cleaning water discharged toward a waterproof box (11) impinges on the peripheral wall (17) of the box body (14) and then rises along the peripheral wall (17). The cleaning water which rises along the peripheral wall (17) collides with the lower surface (30e) of a first waterproof section (30) of a waterproof structure (20) on the body side, and this reduces the force of the cleaning water to some degree. Also, a portion of the cleaning water which rises along the peripheral wall (17) rises upward through the space (37) inside a wall (34).
