Nucleic acid aptamer specifically binding to pancreatic cancer cells or tissues and use thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a nucleic acid aptamer which can recognize and bind to pancreatic cancer cells or tissues and a use thereof. The nucleic acid aptamer of the present invention does not bind to normal pancreatic tissues, while specifically binding only to pancreatic cancer cells or tissues, and thus can be usefully used as a composition for diagnosing and treating pancreatic cancer. In addition, the nucleic acid aptamer of the present invention can detect Panc-1 which is early pancreatic cancer cell line as well as Capan-1 which is late pancreatic cancer cell line. Therefore, the nucleic acid aptamer can contribute to an increased survival rate for pancreatic cancer patients since it can be used in early pancreatic cancer diagnosis. |
