abstract The present invention relates to a kit for automatically detecting HLA alleles using a real-time polymerase chain reaction. The real-time PCR is performed using a fluorescent probe which is able to detect the HLA allele amplification in real time with a primer which specifically binds to HLA allele for DNA isolated from a sample, and the HLA allele typing is performed by analyzing a fluorescence value obtained from the real-time PCR using HLA automatic typing program.
