abstract |
Disclosed are: an ITO powder which contains ITO particles capable of forming a transparent conductive film that has reduced particle agglomeration, high transparency, low haze value and high electrical conductivity; an ITO coating material (dispersion liquid) using the ITO powder; and a transparent conductive film that is formed using the ITO coating material. Specifically disclosed is an ITO powder containing ITO particles the surfaces of which are coated with an organic matter. The carbon content in the organic matter coating the ITO particles is not less than 0.2% by mass but not more than 5% by mass of the mass of the ITO powder, and the organic matter contains at least one cyclic ether compound. Also specifically disclosed are an ITO coating material using the ITO powder, and a transparent conductive film that is formed using the ITO coating material. |
