titleOfInvention Method and device for producing solid-like, biodegradable fertilizer or soil-loosening agents from municipal and/or industrial sludge
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing solid-like biodegradable fertilizer or soil-loosening agents from sludge from municipal and/or food industry and/or paper industry sources, by adding alkali substances, comprising the following process steps: the sludge is dehydrated and continuously stirred; the sludge is fed directly into a continuous mixer (13) together with previously prepared cellulose sludge and processed there into a mixture (29); calcium oxide is added to the mixture (29) during the mixing process in the continuous mixer (13), such that the mixture treated with calcium oxide exits the continuous mixer (13) before an exothermic reaction begins; the mixture treated with calcium oxide is then fed into at least one converter (14.1, 14.2; 14.3, 14.4), in which the mixture is subjected to a further mixing process and is dehydrated by the hyperthermia of the chemical reaction; oligoelements are fed into the dehydrated mixture; and then the dehydrated mixture, enriched with oligoelements, is subjected to a final drying and subsequent pulverization or granulation. The invention further relates to a device for performing the method.
