abstract |
Disclosed are a planarized film, a spacer and a microlens material, all of which have heat resistance and transparency without deteriorating refractivity. Specifically disclosed is a negative-type photosensitive composition comprising a photopolymerizable polymer (A) having a fluorene skeleton, a monomer (B) having a fluorene skeleton, and a photopolymerization initiator (C). The photopolymerizable polymer (A) having a fluorene skeleton contains a moiety that is soluble in an alkali developing solution. The photopolymerizable polymer (A) having a fluorene skeleton contains a unit structure represented by formula (1) (wherein R1's independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or a halogen atom; L's independently represent an integer of 0 to 4; X represents an organic group having an unsaturated bond at the terminal; and Y represents a linkage group produced by removing an acidic group from a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride). |
