abstract |
Disclosed is a culture method whereby bone marrow stromal cells or mesenchymal stem cells are cultured in a pseudo-microgravity environment, which has been obtained by multi-axis rotation, to give bone marrow stromal cells or mesenchymal stem cells having a smaller average cell size than the average cell size of the cells before the culture. The bone marrow stromal cells or mesenchymal stem cells having been cultured by the aforesaid culture method are suitable as graft cells for treating a central neurological disease. |
