By forming polyolefin resin pre-expanded particles comprising a polyolefin resin composition containing a polyolefin resin, a sterically hindered amine ether flame retardant represented by formula (1): R 1 NHCH 2 CH 2 CH 2 NR 2 CH 2 CH 2 NR 3 CH 2 CH 2 CH 2 NHR 4 , and a phosphoric acid ester, flame-retardant polyolefin resin pre-expanded particles which show excellent flame retardancy even in the case of a sample having a higher density or a larger thickness than conventional ones and do not emit harmful gas at the time of combustion can be provided while maintaining good in-mold expansion moldability without using a halogen flame retardant. |
