abstract A conductive resin composition comprising (a) a resin ingredient and (b) fine carbon fibers dispersed in the resin ingredient and configured in such a manner that a graphite net consisting only of carbon atoms forms a hanging-bell-shaped structural unit comprising a closed top and a barrel part having an open bottom, 2 to 30 such hanging-bell-shaped structural units are coaxially stacked to form an assembly, and such assemblies are connected to each other in a head-to-tail arrangement so as to leave a space therebetween, thereby forming each fiber. This resin composition retains the material properties inherent in the resin and has high conductivity.
