abstract |
The present invention relates to a biodegradable fiber, to a method for producing same, and to unwoven fabric produced from same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing a biodegradable fiber, comprising the steps of: mixing together and melting 50 to 92 wt % of a polylactic acid (PLA) resin, 7 to 45 wt % of a PBS-based resin, and 1 to 5 wt % of inorganic matter, in order to obtain a mixture; spinning the mixture at a temperature of 180 to 250°C to produce an undrawn fiber; drawing the undrawn fiber at a draw ratio of 1.2 to 2.5; crimping the drawn fiber; applying a spinning oil to the surface of the crimped fiber; and heat-setting the drawn fiber to which the spinning oil is applied and cutting the fiber into a predetermined length. The present invention also relates to the biodegradable fiber produced by the method, and to unwoven fabric produced from the biodegradable fiber. |
