A method, system, apparatus and media are directed to authenticating a user, managing identification devices, and/or managing voting data. Biometric information representative of the user is parsed to generate a first identifier. The first identifier is matched to a database entry about the user. A second identifier representative of a first code, wherein the first code identifies the user, is received. A confirmation of the user's identity is provided when the first identifier, database entry, and second identifier satisfy a matching criteria. A plurality of votes of confirmed users is printed, confirmed, and scanned to generate imaged data. The imaged data is parsed for a signature to confirm the votes. An interactive map of the statuses of identification devices can be provided. A trouble shooting guide can be provided for a problematic device and/or a rover can be sent to fix the device. |
