abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for modifying the surface of a bioinert material, comprising the steps of: providing a preform composed of a bioinert material; and spraying bioactive powder over the preform composed of the bioinert material via a spray nozzle using a high pressure carrier gas to form a bioactive layer on the perform. The method of the present invention adopts a low temperature spray system and can be applied to a variety of objects to be coated, to thereby enable low cost mass production of a new biomaterial having advantages for both a coater and an object to be coated. |
