abstract The present invention discloses a multi-cavity hot-runners control system which comprises one synchronized controller used to control a plurality of hot-runners synchronously. Each of the plurality of hot-runners includes one or more heaters. The synchronization controller is connected to all the plurality of hot-runners, measures all temperatures of the plurality of hot-runners simultaneously and provides synchronized control of the plurality of hot-runners based on measured temperatures and a synchronization algorithm. The synchronized control of the plurality of hot-runners is achieved by a predictive control.
