abstract |
The subject matter of the invention is a formulation for oral transmucosal administration of at least one active ingredient with an antispasmodic and/or analgesic action, comprising said active ingredient in the form of a base and/or in the form of a salt, and an aqueous-alcoholic solution with a titre of at least 35° of alcohol by mass, said active ingredient being stably and completely dissolved in the aqueous-alcoholic solution. The invention also relates to a method for preparing this formulation and to the use thereof for the treatment of spastic attacks. |
