abstract The present invention relates to biscuits containing seaweeds, which are produced by mixing the powder of seaweeds such as sea mustard, kelp, laver, green laver, and the like, to a mixture of weak flour, salt, baking powder, etc. As the biscuits of the present invention are produced from a mixture of a biscuit composition and seaweeds such as sea mustard, kelp, laver, green laver, and the like, eaters can take a variety of vitamins and minerals such as iodine which is a nutrient in which seaweeds are rich, as well as enjoy the unique taste of seaweed. Further, the biscuits of the present invention consider the differences in taste of each age group, and are therefore produced by adding pumpkin powder, cactus powder, green tea powder, or the like to appeal to the tastes of the middle-aged and elderly, or by adding curry powder, chocolate appeal to the tastes of the youth. The present invention is advantageous in that it involves producing biscuits which can appeal to a wide variety of tastes of people.
