abstract The invention relates to a device (1) having a unit (3) that can be implanted into a vessel of the body of a patient, comprising a through-opening (17) through which fluid can pass at least in the flow direction of the vessel, and a lining (7) that is arranged on the inside the through-opening (17). The device (1) can be used to rectify a vascular constriction or a vascular obliteration and furthermore for permanently holding open a vessel. The present invention further relates to a method for producing a device of said kind.
