The present invention is directed to a volumizing eye makeup composition having a creamy texture and feel containing: (a) at least one alkyl ethoxylated polymer wax; (b) at least one polar modified polymer; (c) water; (d) optionally, at least one non¬ volatile sovlent; (e) optionally, at least one volatile solvent; and (f) at least one colorant, and wherein the composition preferably has a solids content of less than 40% by weight, based on the weight of the composition. |
