A optical isomer of benzene propanoic acid and its medicinal use |
abstract |
An application of R-type optical isomer, or anisometric mixture of R-type optical isomer and S-type optical isomer of benzene propanoic acid medicine in preparing medicines with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The said anisometric mixture of R-type optical isomer and S-type optical isomer of benzene propanoic acid medicine is also provided, wherein the weight ratio of R-type optical isomer to S-type optical isomer is 10:1~1:10, except 1:1. The said R-type optical isomer and anisometric mixture have higher therapeutic index for preventing inflammation and relieving pain in compare to the therapeutic indexes of S-type optical isomer and racemic modification. |
