titleOfInvention | Method of preparing organic solvent dispersion solution for conductive polymer using ionic polymer liquid and conductive polymer prepared thereby |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing a conductive polymer using an ionic polymer liquid that is easily dispersed in an organic solvent and has excellent electrical conductivity of approximately 20 S/cm, and more specifically to a method wherein, after the ionic polymer liquid and a monomer used for a conductive polymer synthesis are first mixed to prepare an aqueous conductive polymer, instead of using the method wherein a conductive polymer that is dispersed in an organic solvent is prepared by ion exchange, the ionic polymer liquid is subject to ion exchange in advance so that it is dissolved into an organic solvent, and then is used as a polymerization dispersion agent to synthesize a conductive polymer that is dispersed in an organic solvent. In addition, the present invention relates to a method wherein a synthesis is allowed to take place in an organic solvent during the synthesis of the conductive polymer so that the conductive polymer synthesized may be dispersed in a uniform and stable way in the organic solvent. The conductive polymer prepared according to the present invention has very excellent dispersion properties in an organic solvent, a simple process of preparation, and high electrical conductivity at about 20 S/cm. Therefore, the present invention can be applied in a number oapplied material fields requiring dispersion in an organic solvent wherein applications of the water-dispersed conductive polymers of the prior art have been limited. |
