abstract | Methods for isolating mesenchymal stem cells from embryos of human or animals are provided, comprising: A. sampling from embryos of human or animals, and centrifuging; B. digesting by enzyme digestive solution containing trypsin-EDTA and collagenase IV to prepare single-cell suspension; C. adding culture solution type A for mesenchymal stem cells to the isolated single cells, inoculating the cells and culturing; D. purifying the cells by adherence, and sorting the cells by magnetic beads to obtain the mesenchymal stem cells. Methods for extracting secretion substances from the mesenchymal stem cells, the uses of the secretion substances in cosmetology and health care, and epidermal cell repairing liquid containing the secretion substances are also provided. During the process of isolating the mesenchymal stem cells from embryos of human or animals, the most number of single cells can be obtained, and simultaneously the damage degree of the cells can be reduced to the lowest by utilizing the mixture containing trypsin-EDTAand collagenase IV as the enzyme digestive solution. |
