abstract |
The invention relates to a method for making a laminated glazing, wherein a laminating spacer is provided between two glass substrates having a glazing function, wherein said method beforehand comprises: measuring the Young modulus E on a spacer sample using a viscoanalyser by varying the temperature and the frequency while imparting a constant dynamic movement thereto; digitally processing the curves obtained using the WLF (Williams, Landel, Ferry) laws in order to establish a behaviour rule E(f) of the material of the spacer sample at a given temperature; generating a digital model based on a finite element method in bending a plate of the laminated glazing, the mechanical properties of the sample resulting from the preceding steps; comparing the digital calculation results to those obtained by analytical formulae in which the role of the spacer in the shearing transfer in the laminated glazing is represented by a transfer coefficient ?; varying the transfer coefficient ? in the analytical formulae until the results converge; generating a transfer function ? = f(E) by consecutive iteration. |
