The invention relates to the use of a pharmaceutical composition for locally treating infections. According to the invention, the pharmaceutical composition contains at least two antibiotics as essentially the only pharmaceutically active substances, one of which is fosfomycin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, while another one is selected from among the group consisting of daptomycin, polymyxins, aminoglycosides, glycopeptides, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The invention further relates to a medical product composed of such a pharmaceutical composition and a carrier material. |
