A spout member and a packaging bag utilizing the same, whereby superior ease of handling and hygiene management when replenishing moisture or the like can be achieved before and during use in the administration of, for example, water or medicine, a closing means that is used to freely open/close an opening created by cutting a portion of the peripheral edge of a sealed film piece can be protected from the contents during storage or transportation, the protective ability is excellent even when internal pressure is applied to the inside of the packaging bag, contamination prevention capability prior to the opening of the spout member is excellent, and excellent contamination prevention capability as well as superior ease of handling after opening can be achieved. The packaging bag is made by the peripheral edges of multiple film pieces being sealed, and has an injection part and a spout part on the peripheral edge part. At the aforementioned injection part, a portion of a peripheral edge of the sealed film pieces is cut out so as to use the unsealed part to form an opening to be used as the injection opening. At least two holes are further created on the peripheral edge close to the aforementioned injection part on both sides of the part to be used as the injection opening, and said holes serve as a hanging means for hanging the packaging bag as well as a means for holding it with the fingers. The closing means, which can be freely opened/closed and consists of first and second members that mutually engage, is formed by the upper part of a first base member having the first member and the upper part of a second base member having the second member each being joined to the inner side of the facing film pieces that form the aforementioned opening. The lower end part of one of the base members is additionally formed to be longer than the other base member, and said lower end part is joined to the other opposing film piece using a peel-off seal in order to form an easy-to-peel part whereby the opening is unsealed by peeling to unseal. The spout member comprises a spout part that consists of a base part and a tube part that protrudes from the base part, a sealing part that seals off the front end part of the aforementioned tube part with a breakable brittle part, and a cap part. The breakable brittle part is broken by the cap part being turned, separating the sealing part and the cap part from the spout part. At the same time, the front end part of the tube part is unsealed and a spout opening is formed. The cap part is so shaped that it covers the entire tube part. A locking mechanism capable of locking the cap part to the spout part is provided at the cap part and the spout part. |
