titleOfInvention Electrifying roller
abstract Disclosed is an electrifying roller that can be used in a contact electrification method, can be manufactured in a simpler manner, and can more effectively prevent troubles caused by an electroconductive agent. An electrifying roller (10, 20) comprises a shaft (1), an elastic layer (2) provided on the outer circumference of the shaft (1), and a surface layer (3) provided on the outer circumferential surface of the elastic layer (2).  The elastic layer (2) is formed of an ultraviolet cured resin, and the surface layer (3) is formed of a heat cured resin.  The thickness of the elastic layer (2) is preferably 0.9 to 1.3 mm.  The shaft (1) is preferably a metallic hollow cylindrical body or solid columnar body.
