titleOfInvention Nanosomal pharmaceutical form of a long acting preparation for treating hepatitis c (variants)
abstract The aim of the invention is to develop a preparation and the concrete forms thereof for effectively treating a hepatitis C virus by delivering to and localising pharmaceutically effective doses of medicinal agents in the main target organ (liver) and inside hepatic cells (hepatocytes). The inventive preparation comprises an active component complex containing glutathione and inosin taken in a ratio of 1:1 and cisplatin in a quantity of 0.05%, wherein said active component complex is immobilised by absorption on a polymer carrier in the form of polylactide glycolide nanoparticles. In the second variant, the active component complex contains only glutathione and inosin taken in a ratio of 1:1.
