abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing a high-concentration preparation solution containing a single useful substance having a polypeptide. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a preparation containing a single useful substance having a polypeptide, which is characterized by the following matters: a virus produced during the production of the single useful substance and a virus produced during the production of a stabilizing agent are removed in a virus removal step; the virus removal capability (LRV) in the virus removal step is 4 or greater; the concentration of the single useful substance in the virus removal step is 3.0 to 10 wt%; and both the average permeability of the single useful substance contained in a solution through a virus removal membrane to be used in the virus removal step during the period between the initiation of the filtering and 10 minutes after the initiation of the filtering and that during the period between 2 hours and 3 hours after the initiation of the filtering are 1.0 (kg/m2/hour) or more. |
