titleOfInvention Graft material for wound treatment and treatment method using vascular precursor cells derived from human embryonic stem cells
abstract The present invention provides a graft material for wound treatment including vascular precursor cells derived from human embryonic stem cells, wherein the vascular precursor cells are separated and enriched by differentiating human embryonic stem cells via embryoid body formation under hypoxic conditions. In addition, the present invention provides a wound treatment method using vascular precursor cells derived from embryonic stem cells, comprising: (a) a step of culturing vascular precursor cells derived from embryonic stem cells for transplantation; and (b) a step of transplating said cultured vascular precursor cells derived from embryonic stem cells into the skin of mammals.
