abstract |
The invention relates to an adhesive tape comprising at least one layer of an acrylate-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a liner that is equipped with a catalyzed addition crosslinking silicone coating, the silicon coating being in direct contact with the pressure-sensitive composition layer, and the pressure-sensitive composition comprising additives that are effective as catalyst poisons. The invention further relates to the use of compounds that are effective as catalyst poisons for hydrosilylation catalysts in an acrylate-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that is present on a silicone-coated liner for controlling the release forces with which the liner can be released from the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. |
