Disclosed is a ceramide dispersion made by incorporating at least particles containing a natural ceramide, dispersed in an aqueous phase as an oil phase constituent, and a surfactant, wherein the aforementioned particles containing a natural ceramide contain at least one selected natural ceramide at 50 mass% or more with respect to the total mass of oil constituents included in the oil phase, and are particles having a volume average particle size of at least 0.5 nm and no more than 100 nm, and at least one polyglycerol fatty acid ester having an HLB of at least 10 and no more than 16 is contained as the aforementioned surfactant. |
