titleOfInvention Machine and method for processing, preparing and preserving cephalopods
abstract The present invention relates to a machine designed for processing and preparing, under vacuum, cephalopods caught in the course of deep-sea fishing, prior to the preserving, distributing and selling thereof. Said machine washes, hydrates, kneads and nutritionally enriches a batch of cephalopods, principally by means of the rotation of a drum into which the cephalopods to be processed are placed. A further subject matter of the present invention is a method for processing, preparing and preserving cephalopods by using the aforesaid machine in said process. The most important steps in the method include mixing the following inside the machine: drinking water, a product that includes so-called MAHC80 additives, N9 neutraceuticals and the flesh of the cephalopods caught. Furthermore, the present invention discloses the use of the method and of the machine described herein not only in industrial processing plants but also on the actual fishing vessels or factory vessels.
