The present invention relates to a biosensor for detection of immunoproteins using porous silicon and a production method therefor. For an immunoprotein detection biosensor of the present invention, porous silicon is first prepared by thermally oxidizing the surface of electrochemically etched porous silicon and inducing an amine derivative to the surface, followed by fixing a sensing identification material capable of identifying a biomaterial to the terminal end of the amine derivative. A light source is then incident upon the prepared porous silicon, and optical reflection from the incident light source is used for implementation of the biosensor. The biosensor of the present invention thus produced stabilizes the surface of porous silicon and uses mesoporous silicon having pore sizes ranging from 2 to 50 nm to be suitable for detecting immunoproteins, which makes it useful for detection of immunological diseases, chronic infections, IgG antibodies causing malabsorption syndrome, protein-A, avidin and streptavidin. |
