titleOfInvention Solar tracking device
abstract The invention relates to a solar tracking device characterised in that it comprises a polygonal jalousie structure (1) consisting of assemblable modular elements that facilitate the mounting and transport of the device, and an inclined axle (2) supporting a frame (3) in which the solar energy receiving panels are fixed. The frame is connected to a motor (7) by means of a gearing (4, 5), said motor being controlled by a control circuit in order to rotate the frame on the inclined axis as it tracks the movement of the sun. The use of solar energy is maximised, for the transformation thereof into any other type of energy, by means of a mechanical torsion torque limiter and an element (6) for controlling the position of the gearing (4, 5), such that when the frame (3) is moved incorrectly as a result of an external force overcoming the torque, the frame (3) regains its correct position when the external force stops.
