titleOfInvention Conductor and manufacturing method therefor
abstract Provided are a conductor having good electrical conductivity and excellent heat tolerance, and a manufacturing method therefor. The conductor is characterized by having two or more layers (Z) provided on a substrate (10), each layer comprising titanium oxide with the addition of at least one dopant selected from a group comprising Nb, Ta, Mo, As, Sb, W, N, F, S, Se, Te, Cr, Ni, Tc, Re, P, and Bi. The conductor is further characterized in that: at least one of the two or more layers is a second layer (Z2; 12), wherein the proportion of the number of dopant atoms with respect to the total number of titanium and dopant atoms is between 0.01 and 4 atomic%; and provided between the second layer (Z2; 12) and the substrate (10) is a first layer (Z1; 11), wherein the proportion of the number of dopant atoms with respect to the total number of titanium and dopant atoms is higher than that in the second layer (Z2).
